This collaboration between PS I Love You and Diamond Rings has ended up being one of my most listened to songs this year. I do love me some good Canadian talent.

Diamond Rings (a.k.a. Toronto’s John O’Regen) is also responsible for what I consider to be one of the best pop songs in recent memory. ”All Yr Songs” was first released in 2009 and I recall having it on repeat that entire summer. A year later, it made its way onto his critically acclaimed full-length debut, Special Affections (Pitchfork gave it an 8.2; now that’s saying something). Here’s a guy with some serious talent and style to boot — he reminds me of David Bowie a bit actually. Watch the above video and you’ll see why.
